TRUTH

You all have to be truthful, so that you can gain other people's trust. Truth is to say the truth and not to lie. Sincerity in action, character, and utterance. As women of integrity, we must always be truthful, speak the truth and less harm will be done.

GRACIOUS AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Gracious and healthy lifestyle is to eat healthly and exercise regularly. It is very easy, as you can prepare a healthy sandwich in just a few minutes, containing lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and other vegetables. So, start your gracious and healthy lifestyle now!

GOD-FEARING PEOPLE

God-fearing people, who are they ? Being christian, am I supposed to be "God-fearing" ? Why should I ? Has He done anything to me that I should fear him ? Or am I supposed to fear him for what He might do to me if I don't obey Him. If so, then God would definitely belong to same category as the school disciplinary master who evokes "shivers" down my back by the mere mention of his name. Personally, I put God in a different class simply because of the thing He has done for me. I prefer to be known as "God-loving" people.

MAXIMISING YOUR POTENTIAL

Everyone has potential, the potential to be Great ! It's all up to me to realize my capability and maximising it to the fullest. I live by the motto that I'm what I believe I can be ! So if I believe I'm a weakling, I'll be weak. If I believe I'm strong, I'll be strong.I can maximise my potential by starting to believe that I have potential for GREAT things !

JUSTICE

What is Justice ? Is doing the right thing, Justice ? Or getting what you deserved, considered as Justice. There's a chinese saying that goes like this "You reap what you sow" which basically means whatever you do, you do onto yourselves. Being a true-blooded Singaporean (born and bred on local soil), I have been taught from young (6 years to be exact) the Singapore version of Justice, remember our pledge ..
" We, the citizens of Singapore, plegde ourselves as one united people, regardless of race, language or religion, to build a democratic society, based on justice and equality, so as to achieve happiness, prosperity and progress for out nation".
We have the best justice system in the World, held as "top rated" by many for being "just" and "unbiased" .. except of course by a few who are always on the wrong side of the law (I'm not mentioning names here, but you know who !!). So I guess everyone view on justice is different, depending very much how it favours one's position !

FREEDOM

How rewarding would it be to be emotionally free,
or to enjoy good company and times alone and free to choose whom to share ur feelings with?
To heed your feelings in your heart,

INTEGRITY

Integrity! We are girls of integrity! Integrity makes us honest, which makes the crowd love us! Integrity is to not claim things that are not yours and when you find things, you will take it to the police station or the teacher and not to take it to yourself. THIS is integrity. lets all be girls of integrity now!

LOVE

Where is the love? Why is there such thing as war? Why are some people so cruel? If you're a loving person, you would ask these questions. People are cruel when they are greedy and then they would throw away the love. Think hard, if there is really no love in this world, everybody would be killing each other, there will be no weddings, no couples, no children. This would mean that everybody still has love in our hearts. But why do they do that? It is a cause of greediness. There's this song, "Where's The Love?" by the Black Eyed Peas and Justin Timberlake. It is really a meaningful song. So if everybody is willing to love each other even more, people would not kill. So try loving the one you hate!
